How We Work

Diagnose. Design. Deploy.

Three phases. The work inside each is custom to the business. The architecture is not.

Phase 014 weeks

Diagnose.

We embed inside the business. We map every revenue bearing system, every dependency, every leakage. At the end of phase one, we deliver a transformation memo: the business as it is, the business as it could be, and the path between them. We are honest about what does not need to change.

Phase 026 weeks

Design.

We rebuild the architecture before we touch the team. New process flows, new tooling decisions, new positioning, new growth engine. Where existing software works, we keep it. Where it fails, we specify what gets built or replaced. Every decision is committed before any change hits the business.

Phase 0312 to 24 weeks

Deploy.

We ship. We hire. We train. We run the business with the owner until the new operating model is muscle memory. Phase three ends only when the business operates without us. That is the only acceptable exit.


The Discipline

Two or three engagements a year.

Transformation has a delivery floor. The kind of work we do takes most of a year of full attention. We cap our engagements not because we want to, but because the work demands it.

This means we choose. We meet, we listen, we look at the business, and we accept the engagement only when we are certain we can rebuild it into something disproportionate to its current size.

If that sounds slow, it is. The compounding is on the other side.
